Acupuncture For Me is closing for the foreseeable future. We have received a recommendation from our professional body, to postpone appointments in order to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We are very sorry to leave our patients without access to affordable acupuncture, but we accept that there’s a risk of spreading the virus if we stay open. So it’s time for us to close our doors in the interests of greater safety for everyone.
Produced by the British Acupuncture Council, these publicly available resources explain how acupuncture may prove beneficial for a variety of conditions.

“I run my own business fitting kitchens and bathrooms and for the last 3 years have suffered with chronic back pain, which is continuous pain and eased only by very strong pain killers. I have been to numerous osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists and acupuncturists for treatment, none of which were effective and cost me a fortune. Then I had for good fortune to meet Luis Melendez who suggested he may be able to help. With some skepticism I agreed, and to my surprise with only one treatment, my 3 year back pain had been reduced by 70% and only feel pain when I am in a position that aggravates my back. Luis is very professional, very gentle and shows caring in his work. I would happily recommend him to anybody with pain.“
